Who we are

goalsettingpilot.com is run by Just A Company LLC ("we", "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Our coaches are AI

Bobby Thunder, Max Forge, Nova Rise, Cole Ignite and Jack Summit are AI coaching characters created by Just A Company LLC. They are not real people.

Digital products

When you buy a digital product (such as a PDF guide), you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may not resell, share, copy for others, or publish the files.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Thunder Nation membership

Thunder Nation is a monthly subscription. It is billed every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal linked on our site. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

One-click add-on offers

After checkout, we may offer an optional add-on. If you click the button to accept it, you authorise us to charge the card you just used for the price shown on that page. We never charge your card for an add-on without your click.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

No guarantee of results

We don't promise any specific results. Your results depend on you.

Not professional advice

Everything on this site and in our products is general motivation and education. It is not medical, mental-health, nutritional, financial, legal or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Just A Company LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
